It’s Class F. Is it possible to increase the endurance class to H?

  1. Is their accelerator in this system?

Yes, accelerator has been prefilled into JT8098B Hardener.

  1. Impregnating method? Is impregnation without vacuum possible?

Yes, it’s Impregnation process. No need vacuum.

  1. Is it possible to reduce the casting time? 20 hours is too much
  2. You may adjust the process time/temperature according to your production. Ours is just reference. We don’t quite understand how can we adjust the process time/temperature if the accelerator is prefilled into Hardener? If we do not follow to your modes we will not get the required mechanical electrical properties of the material. For example, we want the thermal processing to take not more than 8 hours at maximal temperature 135 Celsius degrees what should we do to safe properties of system 8098 as in TDS? Should we increase the amount of hardener? Will it influence 8098 system lifetime (time of system usage till the moment of it’s gelling and polymerization)?
  3. Lifetime at 20 Celsius degrees

Life time is at least one year. By lifetime I mean the time during which the system may be used. If we mix the components at the temperature 20-25 Celsius degrees when will it polymerize?

  1. Is it resistant to below-freezing temperatures?

It could stand for -40°C. can it stand -60°C?

  1. What is thermal linear expansion?
